Under her leadership, the community has grown to 2,500 volunteers and leveraged $400K+ to support grassroots and community-centered organizations across the U.S. and simultaneously restored trust among voters, particularly in disenfranchised communities. Over the last 18+ years, Cate has worked across the nonprofit and for-profit sectors identifying and building project structures and operationalizing programs, developing, sustaining, and growing relationships, and implementing campaigns that lead to efficient outcomes.
